You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to return or exchange it.

What we can take back

The piece has to come back unworn and unwashed, with any tags still on it, in the condition it reached you. Anything worn, washed, altered or damaged we can't take back.

Exchange or refund

Both are fine, just tell us which you want when you message us. An exchange is usually a different size of the same piece, depending on what's in stock that day. A refund goes back to you the same way you paid, once the piece reaches us and we've checked it.

How to send it back

Message us first on Instagram with your order number and a photo of the piece. We'll confirm and give you the address. You arrange and pay the return delivery, we don't collect. Delivery to you is free, the return trip is on you.

If the piece is faulty or wrong

If what arrived is faulty, or isn't what you ordered, that's on us. Send a photo within 7 days and we cover it, delivery both ways included.

Where we deliver

Jordan, the Gulf and Europe. Wherever you are, returns come back to us in Amman and the return delivery is on you, so factor that in before you order from abroad.
